These Terms & Shirt Claim Rules apply to your use of winningallaround.com, including any early access form, shirt claim form, waitlist, giveaway, event-related promotion, or related WAA campaign.

1. About WAA
Winning All Around Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Winning All Around and WAA, operates this website and related brand experiences.
WAA is an independent brand. Unless clearly stated otherwise, WAA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any national team, stadium, host city, league, association, public event, or event organizer.
2. Shirt Claim Availability
Any shirt claim, giveaway, early access opportunity, or related offer is subject to availability.
Submitting a form does not guarantee that you will receive a shirt, specific size, specific design, specific color, or any item.
Shirts may be limited in quantity, size, color, design, location, or timing. WAA may close, pause, modify, or cancel a shirt claim or giveaway at any time.
3. One Shirt Per Person
Unless otherwise stated, shirt claims are limited to one shirt per person.
WAA may reject duplicate entries, incomplete entries, suspicious submissions, spam entries, or submissions that appear to abuse the claim process.
4. No Purchase Required
No purchase is required to submit a shirt claim form, join the early access list, or participate in a free shirt opportunity.
Submitting a form does not create a purchase, order, contract, or guaranteed right to receive a product.
5. No Cash Value
Shirts, giveaways, early access spots, or claim opportunities have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refund, replacement, or other compensation.
6. Pickup, Delivery, or Distribution
If shirts are distributed in person, you are responsible for arriving at the designated location during the announced time window.
WAA is not responsible if you are unable to attend, arrive late, provide incorrect information, or miss a distribution opportunity.
WAA may change distribution plans, locations, times, quantities, or availability based on safety, logistics, weather, venue rules, city rules, public event rules, or other circumstances.
7. Public Events and Venue Rules
If WAA distributes shirts or interacts with people near public events, all participants are responsible for following local laws, venue rules, event rules, traffic rules, security policies, and safety instructions.
WAA does not control event admission, venue access, stadium rules, security policies, parking, public safety decisions, or crowd management.
8. Age Requirement
This website is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before submitting information through this website.
9. User Submissions
When you submit information through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, submit spam, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property
All WAA names, logos, designs, website content, graphics, photos, copy, and other materials are owned by WAA or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or use WAA materials without written permission from WAA.
13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit spam, scrape data, reverse engineer the website, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
